  1. Weekly fees are calculated by dividing the annual tuition by 52. Those installments are due weekly including the last week in December when the school is closed as tuition is based on an annual amount.
  2. Weekly VPK tuition is divided the annual tuition by 42 weekly payments. Those installments are due weekly including the 2 weeks of Winter Break and the one week of Spring Break.
  3. Tuition is based on enrollment and not in attendance. Each payment is based on the contracted payment plan selected by each family during the enrollment process.
  4. Families are entitled to two weeks of vacation. Families who do not attend those two weeks will not be billed. Vacation notice must be given at least two weeks in advance.
  5. Tuition is due on Friday prior to the week attending and is considered late at 9:00 am on Tuesday. At 9:00 am Tuesday, all delinquent accounts will be billed a $25.00 late fee weekly until paid.
  6. All families are encouraged to enroll in the FREE EFT program in Brightwheel. This program will automatically draft tuition from your checking account on the day it is due.
  7. Enrollment is for the entire 2022-2023 school year. I understand and agree that once this Agreement has been signed and the registration fee paid, I am liable for the entire school year’s tuition and fees unless otherwise approved.
  8. In order to be approved to terminate my agreement with any Springview Academy center we require a 2 weeks’ notice. In the event 2 weeks’ notice is not provided, I will be liable for a two-week penalty payment after the last day of my child’s attendance.
  9. Voluntary or involuntary absence from the school for any reason, including change of residence change, vacation, withdrawal, or expulsion will not affect financial responsibility. Springview Academy reserves the right to send delinquent accounts to a collections agency.
  10. Unexpected School Closings & Absences: In the event of an unexpected school closing due to an emergency or natural disaster, tuition fees will not be refunded. There will be no credits or make up days for sick days, holidays or absences.
  11. All EFT returns with insufficient funds will be charged $35.00 Fee.
  12. The terms of this agreement are subject to change by Springview Academy without notice
