1. Tuition is due on Friday prior to the week attending and is considered late at 9:00 am on Monday. At 9:00 am Monday, all delinquent accounts will be billed a $20.00 late fee weekly until paid.
2. Any account with an outstanding balance as of Tuesday must be settled in full for the child to be able to return to school on Wednesday.
3. All families are required to enroll on the autopay program in Brightwheel. This program will automatically draft tuition from your checking account on the day it is due.
4. If your child attends school for one day, you will be billed for the entire week.
5. Enrollment is for the entire 2024-2025 school year. I understand and agree that once this Agreement has been signed and the registration fee paid, I am liable for the entire school year’s tuition and fees unless otherwise approved.
6. In order to be approved to terminate my agreement with any Springview Academy center we require a 2 weeks’ notice. In the event the 2 weeks’ notice is not provided, I will be liable for a two-week penalty payment after the last day of my child’s attendance.
7. If the child is absent without communication, payment, or a notice of vacation request or time off for a consecutive two-week period, the child's spot will be forfeited.
8. Voluntary or involuntary absence from the school for any reason, including change of residence, vacation, withdrawal, or expulsion will not affect financial responsibility. Springview Academy reserves the right to send delinquent accounts to a collections agency.
9. Unexpected School Closings & Absences: In the event of an unexpected school closing due to an emergency or natural disaster, tuition fees will not be refunded.
10. All EFT returns with insufficient funds will be charged $25.00 Fee.
11. The terms of this agreement are subject to change by Springview Academy without notice.
